The Santa Experience, hosted by The Effortless Affair, is on Sunday December 9th at the Glen Ridge Train Station in Glen Ridge, NJ.

For your convenience, The Santa Experience offers three different 55-minute time slots where your child can have time with Santa: 11:00 am -11:55 am 12:00 pm- 12:55 pm 1:30 pm- 2:25 pm

Each child will have a magical 55 minutes in total with Santa. In this timeframe your child will have the opportunity to craft with Santa in Santa’s workshop, get a personal photo with Santa in Santa’s wonderland, write a personalized letter to Santa, and enjoy a few holiday treats from our complementary snack bar. To maximize your child’s time with Santa, we ask that you please arrive on time for whichever time slot you choose.

No more than 5 children at a time will be present for each time slot, so The Santa Experience offers your child semi-private time with Santa. Given this is an intimate affair, time slots will fill up fast, please reserve your time slot with Santa today.

With the help of Santa, each child will craft a Holiday ornament and a Holiday photo frame at their own private table. All supplies, including smocks, will be provided to inspire your child’s creative spirit!

Each purchase entitles you to receive one professionally retouched photo of your child with Santa. You will receive your digital photo within 3 days via email.

Santa has graciously agreed to respond to each and every letter written to him at The Santa Experience event before he returns to the North Pole. Your personalized letter will be mailed to your home one week after the event.

Absolutely, while in Santa’s workshop you are more than welcomed to take photos of your child crafting and enjoying snacks. However, once you enter Santa’s wonderland, we ask that you please refrain from taking photos as our professional photographer will be on site to capture your child’s moment with Santa.

The Santa Experience is $150 and includes two crafts with Santa, one professionally retouched photo with Santa, a personalized response letter from Santa and light refreshments. The Effortless Affair family recognizes how blessed we are and want to contribute to our community, especially during this holiday season, so all proceeds from the event will be donated to the non-profit Wynona's House Child Advocacy Center in Newark to help abused and neglected children in our area.

As Moms ourselves, we totally understand that you may have more than one child you want to bring to The Santa Experience. Here’s a simple way to think about it, if you would like each child to have their own individual photo with Santa, then we ask that you please purchase multiple tickets. On the other hand, if you are fine with all your children having one family photo with Santa, purchasing just one ticket is fine. If you go this route, though, please be sure to note that you are bringing multiple children with you on the registration form, so we can plan out crafts appropriately.

Our real beard Santa has been in the Santa business 15 years. He is great with kids, authentic looking and sure to give your child wonderful memories and the perfect photograph.
