Each child will have a magical 55 minutes in total with Santa. In this timeframe your child will have the opportunity to craft with Santa in Santa’s workshop, get a personal photo with Santa in Santa’s wonderland, write a personalized letter to Santa, and enjoy a few holiday treats from our complementary snack bar. To maximize your child’s time with Santa, we ask that you please arrive on time for whichever time slot you choose.
Absolutely, while in Santa’s workshop you are more than welcomed to take photos of your child crafting and enjoying snacks. However, once you enter Santa’s wonderland, we ask that you please refrain from taking photos as our professional photographer will be on site to capture your child’s moment with Santa.
The Santa Experience is $150 and includes two crafts with Santa, one professionally retouched photo with Santa, a personalized response letter from Santa and light refreshments.
The Effortless Affair family recognizes how blessed we are and want to contribute to our community, especially during this holiday season, so all proceeds from the event will be donated to the non-profit Wynona's House Child Advocacy Center in Newark to help abused and neglected children in our area.
As Moms ourselves, we totally understand that you may have more than one child you want to bring to The Santa Experience. Here’s a simple way to think about it, if you would like each child to have their own individual photo with Santa, then we ask that you please purchase multiple tickets. On the other hand, if you are fine with all your children having one family photo with Santa, purchasing just one ticket is fine. If you go this route, though, please be sure to note that you are bringing multiple children with you on the registration form, so we can plan out crafts appropriately.
